Q1:How do I place a special request for my necklace

A1:While we have a wide range of Jewelry styles, you may want to add a personal touch that you can't find in our collection. For special design requests, please contact at joycenamenecklace@gmail.com of DM INS of Joycenamenecklace.

Our Jewelry design experts will review your request and let you know if we can make your personalized creation.

Q2:Is your jewelry made of real precious metals?

A2:  Yes, all our precious metals are purchased from government certified vendors. All items have a stamp of authenticity on it. All our silver jewelries are made of 0.925 sterling silver, and our gold jewelries are made of 10k or 14k solid gold.

Q3:  How to clean Joycename jewelry?  ARE MY JEWELRY PIECES WATER RESISTANT? 

A3:- Check out this article to keep your jewelry shining daily.

        - All of our jewelry pieces are long-lasting and of high quality. Avoid consistent contact with water with our sterling silver, gold plated, and vermeil items as they are water resistant, but not waterproof. Therefore, we do recommend to remove when showering and exercising.If you are searching for a piece that you may wear at all times, we recommend opting for our 10k or 14k solid gold pieces.

 

Q4:  How to choose the correct jewelry size?

A4:Each product comes at various sizes (can be found in each Product Page). Please check out our Size Guide to determine the size you need.

 

Q5:HOW TO DETERMINE MY RING SIZE?

A5:Do as following:

  1. Find something to wrap around your finger.
  2. Use a pen to make a mark where the end of the string meets.
  3. Find a ruler and measure the string. Take your answer and subtract 9.3 from it. Round to either .0 or .5, and you got it!

 

Q6:HOW TO DETERMINE MY BANGLE SIZE?

A6:Step 1:

        Cut a thin strip of paper or thread

        Bring your thumb and little finger together

        Wrap where your hand is the widest

        Make the spot where the paper/thread meets

       Step 2:

       Measure the length of the thread with your ruler

       Use the following chart to determine your bangle size.

Q1:Does Joycename ship worldwide?

A1:Yes! We ship to most countries all over the world.

        Please note that the shipping time frame may vary according to the destination you would like your order shipped to.

       *Orders from outside the US may take up to 18 business days and contain taxes & duties.

Notice: Eu countries need to pay a small fee for customs clearance

 

Q2:Due to the current situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), will I receive my order on time?

A2:Business is up and running as usual here at Joycename.  As for now, and until further update, all orders should arrive on time as mentioned on the estimated delivery date.

        For extra precautions, we added two extra days to the estimated delivery date.

        We are tracking all parcels and in touch with all the courier companies to make sure all is running smoothly.

Q4:  Where is my order and How Can I Track It?

A4:Your item is being produced according to the shipping method you chose when placing your order.

Click here to track your order status. If you haven’t received a shipping notification, your order is still in production.

Shipping Notification
Once your product is on its way we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email that states your delivery date and tracking number, depending on the shipping method you chose.

Please make sure to enter the exact email address that was used to place your order.

If you are having trouble tracking your order, please contact us.

If your postal tracking number isn’t working, please allow up to 48 hours and try again.
Sometimes the information on the shipping websites takes longer than usual to show updates.

Late Package

If your order delivery date has passed and you still haven't received your package, we recommend that you try the following (it’s proven helpful to other customers in the past):

-Check your shipping details on the Order Confirmation and make sure they’re correct.
-Ask other members of your household if they have accepted the package, as this is a common occurrence.
-Check (if applicable) with your doorman, by your garage, or perhaps a side door.
-Orders are sometimes left there by the postal service.
-Ask your local post office if they can provide any further information on the whereabouts of your package and be sure to have your tracking number with you on hand.
-Please note that if your order is being shipped outside United States shipping timeframes may run differently.

A2:If you have trouble redeeming your coupon, you may have entered the wrong coupon code or your code may have expired. Please make sure you write the promotional code in the exact way it was provided, without any spaces.

Q3:I have a PayPal account but I cannot complete the payment

A3:  If you are unable to complete your payment using PayPal, please contact with your order details. We’ll gladly send you an email with a PayPal Payment Request to complete your payment and process your order.
