New, unworn items can be returned to Joycename within 99 days of delivery. If you want to return an item, please first reach out via e-mails（✉：firstname.lastname@example.org）or ins@joycenamenecklace
Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 40% restocking fee.
Cancellations, changes, or returns are not allowed on Real Gold personalized styles and Totally Unique Designs as they are made to order and are FINAL SALE.
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items.
If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 40% of the total amount of the item. To cancel your order, please contact at email@example.com or ins@joycenamenecklace.
Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request.
Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
Joycename reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.

Reasons for Failure to Return:
Products are exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter that the appearance of your Joycenamenecklace product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas. Oxidized silver is easily damaged.
Items that have been resized, updated, and/or repaired do not qualify.
Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.
Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation, over time, they may appear black. To remove this, please clean with the silver polishing cloth to return its original look.
Any orders received after 99 days from the delivered date.

Incorrect Item Received:
If the item you received is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Please return the incorrect item to us and we will ship the correct one to you free of charge. Photo evidence of the received item will be required.
If the item you received becomes damaged or broken due to our error, contact us immediately. We will have a new replacement of the item shipped to you free of charge. Photo evidence of the damaged item may be required.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Service Procedure:
To request a return, please contact our customer service. One of our reps will follow up with you via email with instructions. If you require assistance, please email us at email@example.com. If it is a quality issue, please provide an order# and attach clear photos of the items that represent the issue.
Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 3-7 business days. Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item.
The returned item should be kept in its original condition in which you received them in.
